Let me tell you, Marisol is TOP NOTCH, and a fine addition to the team of anyone looking to finance the purchase of a home. Mine was not an easy transaction. In fact, when I initially contacted her (she came highly recommended by my realtor), I wasn't sure that I would be able to get a 30-year fixed, low interest rate mortgage at all. As a person who is self-employed, the post-housing crisis world of regulations completely invalidates the financing opportunities of anyone who does not live inside the "normal" economic model of get-hired-to-validate-your-existence-as-an-independent-adult or make millions of dollars to buy things outright. Marisol is a woman who doesn't cut corners, but strategically anticipates obstacles to make sure you're prepared. Every 'i' is dotted under her care, and she OBEYS THE LAW! And when things go wrong on other fronts, she doesn't waver, but keeps everything under her jurisdiction on course. You'd be lucky to have her on your team. I literally don't know how the process of buying my home would have been possible without her.
